Pour two
cups in the pot and bring to a stimmed, put one cup of rise in the hot water
with pinch of salt and cook for about 12 minutes or until the rise will be
soft. Cool the rice on the plate. Finely cut onion, garlic, ginger, chilli and
sugar. Broccoli and mangetout cut on larger pieces. Take a large deep pan or
wok pan and fried onion, ginger, garlic, and chilli for a couple minutes, add
broccoli and mangetout afterwards and fried for another few minutes. Add rise
and stir well and fry until hot, flavor with soya sauce, hot sauce, lime juice
and fish sauce. At the same time, you frying veggies, heat other pan, put finely
cut spring onion and fry 3 eggs. Put the rice in the small bowl and tip the
rice out on the plate, put fried egg on the top and season with coriander.
