Dough:
400g wheat
flour
200ml water
1 egg
2 tablespoons
sugar
2 teaspoon
salt
7g instant
yeast
Topping
on buns:
1 egg
sesame seeds
Put all ingredients
in the large bowl and stir together. Once it starts to come together, replace
the dough from the bowl on the board and knead until smooth. Divide the dough
on 9 round balls and lay the dough aside on a warm place covered with a clean
dish towel for 2 hours. Stir the egg with a tablespoon of water and spread it
on the risen dough (buns) and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake the buns for 15
minutes on 190C. Cool the buns aside covered with a clean dish towel to make them soft.
Burger (1 portion)
100 g minced
beef
30 ml beer
Pepper
Salt
Mix
everything together and form the mixture on a patty, grill, and cover with
cheddar. Spread the mayonnaise on the buns, add salad, tomato, red onion, grilled
bacon, chutney (whatever you like).
Spicy
mayo
2 tablespoons
mayonnaise
1 teaspoon
sriracha
1 teaspoon
chipotle
½ teaspoon
chili flakes
1 tablespoon
lime juice
Salt
Pepper
Mix everything
together.
Herb
mayo
2 tablespoons
mayonnaise
20 g herbs
(parsley, coriander)
1 tablespoon
lime juice
Cut the
herbs into small pieces and mix everything together.
